Solidarity Rides

Miami University Solidarity Ride - October 5, 2008

Oxford Community Park

October 5, 2008 at 7:45 AM
Registration begins 7:15 AM

Cost:

25 if registering prior to October 3, 2008
$30 on the day of the event

Routes:

Riders will have the option of four routes: 20, 35, 65, and 100-miles.

Check-in for the 100 mile loop begins at 7:15 AM and the riders will start out at 7:45 AM. The other three loops will check in between 7:45 and 8:45 AM and begin riding at 9:00 AM. Food and water will be provided at check-in, at rest stops throughout the ride, and at the finish.

The difficulty levels vary (with mileage) and will be a great way to kick off your cycling season. There are flats and rolling hills, as well as some steep climbs. The 100-mile loop is similar to the Oxford Odyssey Century Route and is a combination of the 35- and 65-mile loops.

Please type Miami Ride in the subject line. In the body of the email, include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Which route you would like to ride
  • Will you be coming alone or with other riders?

We will handle all paperwork during check-in, so all you need to worry about is your bike!
