Route Description: Today will be our last day in California. We cross into Nevada at about the 35 mile mark. We will then face our biggest clmb of the ride yet. After that it's all downhill into Las Vegas.

The first climb is about 10 miles long with a 1500 ft elevation gain and a grade that gets steeper and steeper up to a max of 6.1% grade. The second climb is much more gradual covering about 28 miles with an elevation gain of almost 2500 ft. The first twenty miles have a grade of 3% or less and after that the grade slowly increases up to 5.4%.
